Oriel Preferencing Workshop
Choosing your Foundation training programme is about much more than location. In this live online Oriel Preferencing Workshop, you'll gain a clear understanding of how the Oriel preferencing process works and learn how to evaluate programmes based on training opportunities, pharmacy sectors, career development, and other important considerations. We'll also discuss Skilled Worker Visa (SWV) sponsoring programmes and share practical tips to help you make informed decisions before submitting your preferences.
This workshop is based on the experience of the pharmacist delivering the session, combined with insights, feedback, and reflections gathered from previous Foundation Pharmacist trainees over several recruitment cycles. The guidance provided is intended to help you make more informed decisions, but it should not be considered a fixed set of rules. Every applicant has different priorities, circumstances, and career aspirations, so the aim is to provide practical perspectives that can help you decide what is right for you.
